Making Connections for Growth is not currently in network with insurance carriers. Our "self-paying" rate is $225 per session. We can provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your health insurance for reimbursement. Please, check with your health insurance if you have questions about your specific out-of-network reimbursement benefits. 

Payment is made through the client portal by signing an authorization form that allows a credit card on file to be charged the full amount due at the end of each session. As a self-paying client, you have the right to have a Good Faith Estimate under the No Surprise Act. To calculate treatment costs, you can multiply the sessions cost by the number of sessions you think you might need or want. You can read more about the No Surprise Act by clicking HERE.

Our cancellation policy for telehealth services includes a $225 fee when clients cancel with less than 24 hours-notice or do not show up for their scheduled appointment. Timely cancellations are valued as other clients in need of a session can fill a cancelled spot.
